SPEECH BY SWEDISH PREMIER. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copy light) STOCKHOLM. August 5. j The Prime Minister. Mr Hansson, in a speech, said. "If democracy lias failed where the conditions were tin-1 suitable it does not follow that it must yield where it has become the natural expression of the peoples hie, as in Sweden. There is no need for Sweden to eopv foreign models. -Our internal affairs do not require a new orientation, even if there is room for certain improvements in out democratic methods.”
