BRITISH BOMBERS RAID LIBYAN PORT SHIPS AND OTHER TARGETS DAMAGED. FRENCH AIRMEN OVER ABYSSINIA. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright t (Received This Day, 12.10 p.m.) CAIRO. August 4. An R.A.F. communique states that the R.A.F. thrice raided Derma (Libya) on August 3. First, a large formation of Blenheims attacked the harbour and a direct hit was scored on a large ship. In the second attack direct hits were scored on a jetty and on two ships. In the third, the bombers attacked the aerodrome and harbour and again bombed the objectives attacked by the first raiders. French pilots and crews again reconnoitred the Diredawa area.
