DETAINED IN LONDON
EMPLOYEE OF BANK OF FORMOSA AND GERMAN WIFE OF JAPANESE PAINTER. “PURELY ROUTINE MATTERS.” (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright I (Received This Day. 10.20 a.m.) LONDON. August 4. Two more Japanese have been detained. They are Mr Tayayuki Eguchi, an employee of the Bank of Formosa, and Mrs Milley Yoshii, the Ger-man-born wife of a Japanese painter. It is learned that the arrests concerned purely routine matters, and were made three weeks ago.
