RUMANIAN OIL
ADDITIONAL TAX IMPOSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BUCHAREST, August I. Oil circles say the new tax is unjust to the producer because Germany, the largest consumer of Rumanian oil. will not pay a penny more.
