DAMAGED SHIPS

ARMADALE DOCKING TOMORROW. INQUIRY TO BE HELD. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. The Armadale, which was damaged in a collision with a Norwegian tanker oft Cape Campbell, is to go in the floating dock tomorrow morning io enable the full extent of the damage to be ascertained. The discharging of 11,000 tons of motor spirit from the Ole Jacob is proceeding at Miramar. It will take five or six days and until then an examination of the damage to the ship cannot be carried out. A departmental inquiry as to the cause of the collision will be held caily next week by the Superintendent of Mercantile Marine, Wellington.
