INVALIDED HOME
FOUR NEW ZEALAND SOLDIERS. APPRECIATION OF CAPE TOWN'S HOSPITALITY. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 31. Four New Zealand soldiers, who went overseas with the second echelon, returned to Auckland by train this morning. They were landed at Cape Town for medical treatment and returned this week to Wellington. They are Quartermaster-Sergeant K. G. Kearney, Christchurch, a former Wellington and Canterbury Rugby representative; Sergeant J. W. Tinsley, Engineers: Gunner A. A. Daly and Private R. L. Finlay, A.S.C., all of Auckland. The soldiers spoke highly of the treatment received in South Africa. The people were most hospitable and thev would always remember the naturaf beauty of the Cape. Their future movements were undecided, but they expected that they would go overseas later.
