It is learned in London that the British forces in North Africa have been harassing Italian convoys bringing stores to Capuzzo. It is estimated that the Italian losses in vehicles and personnel exceed the British five-fold. RAIN IN ETHIOPIA. CLASH IN MOYALE AREA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 11.5 a.m.) RUGBY. July 30. A communique issued in Cairo states: “On all fronts there are no land operations to report. There is almost continuous rain in most areas of the Abyssinian frontier.” A Nairobi communique states: “Today our ground forces made contact with strong enemy forces in the Moyale area. A further report is awaited.”
