GERMANS MASSING

July 30. A. correspondent of the Columbia broadcasting system reports a heavy massing of German troops in Nazioccupied France. Moving only under cover of darkness, the Germans are mobilising tremendous numbers towards the French coast, from Marseilles to the Belgian ports.
