AN ADMIRAL'S CLAIM. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day. 12.5 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, July 29. Rear-Admiral Stainis, commander of the Russian licet in Latvian waters, issued a statement that the Soviet Navy is now stronger than the German and Japanese navies combined. He expected that it would be the world’s strongest by 1943.
