NEW JAPANESE AMBASSADOR APPOINTED. PRESIDENT OF SPINNING COMPANY. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) TOKIO, July 29. It is reported that Mr Shingo Tsuda, president of the Kanegafuchi Spinning Company, is to be appointed Ambassador Extraordinary to the Netherlands East Indies instead of a diplomatic career man owing to the important trade relations.
