ST PAUL TOURNAMENT. WIN FOR OLIVER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) ST PAUL. July 28. The St Paul open golf tournament was won by Oliver, with two final rounds of 70 and 69. making his total 276. Metz was second with 67-G9. 277. Ferrier with 287 finished high among the amateurs. Willie Goggin and Jim Foulis with 136 were leading at the end of 36 holes. Following them were Tony Penna and Frank Moore. 139. and Ferrier, I. J. Wilcox and Bill Kaiser. 140. Ferrier went round in 71 on Saturday.
