STRICT LIMITS IMPOSED IN TURKEY. (Received This Day. 10.30 a.m.) ANKARA, July 28. A Presidential order forbids newspapers to publish news from foreign wireless stations or foreign information from private sources. It also bans news of the displacement of foreign political personalities.
