ATTITUDE OF AMERICAN REPUBLICS COMPLETE AGREEMENT. REPORTED AT HAVANA CONFERENCE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.50 a.m.) HAVANA, July 28. The full Committee for preservation of Peace, after a night session, announced complete agreement regarding the convention with reference to colonies, but it had not completed the editing of it. It is expected that the agreement can be adopted by Sunday at noon. The conference will end on Tuesday, at an open plenary session, with the signing of a colonies declaration.
