APPEAL AGAINST SENTENCES. INDICTMENT OF FORMER MINISTERS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) VICHY. July 27. General de Gaulle has filed an appeal against the court-martial sentences. The French radio announced, a London message states, that a military tribunal has opened proceedings against M.M. Reynaud and Mandel, former Ministers, on charges of plotting against the security of the State.
