POST OFFICE EXTENSIONS. The Post Office advises that a wireless telegraph office has been opened at Palmerston Island (Cook Islands Group). Communication is. however, made onlv with Rarotonga Radio at scheduled'times daily, and the charges are the same as for Aitutaki. The cablegram service to the Expeditionary Force has been extended to include Canada.
