OIL FOR SPAIN
NO SHIPMENT IN AMERICAN TANKERS VOYAGE TOO DANGEROUS. POSSIBLE OBJECTION BY BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, July 25. • The Maritime Commission and the Treasury have refused a permit to American tankers to carry oil to Spain, claiming that such voyages were too dangerous.
