ANNUAL REPORT. INCREASE IN MEMBERSHIP. The twenty-second annual report of the Wairarapa Soldiers’ Hostel, which is to be presented at the annual meeting to be held in the Soldiers' Club on Wednesday next states:- —The committee submits to you the twenty-second annual report, and balance sheet for the year ended June 30, 1940. During the year nineteen new members have been elected and three resignations received. Excess income over expenditure. £63 17s, is £5 5s (id less than the previous year. With repairs and renewals, £3O 8s 7d. against £B6 16s last year, this year’s excess income is £6l less.
