STRICTER. CONTROL PROPOSED IN AMERICAS. (By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright) HAVANA. July 24. The United States today introduced at the Pan-American Conference, a project dealing with subversive activities, proposing stricter control of accredited diplomatic agenis by invest!-' gation of their credentials by exequatur and closer supervision of their activities afterward, and also a full exchange of information regarding their activities between the Americas. Meanwhile committees are continuing to consider proposals which various delegations have advanced.
