PERSONNEL OF PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT. DR BENES AGAIN PRESIDENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, July 23. The Prime Minister (Mr Churchill) stated in the House of Commons, that after negotiations between Lord Halifax and Dr Benes, on behalf of the Czechoslovak National Committee, the Government had decided to recognise the committee, with certain additions, as a Provisional Czechoslovak Government. It is understood that Dr Benes is again recognised as President of the Czechoslovak Republic and Mr Jan Masaryk as Foreign Minister. The Government includes Mr Jan Sramek, an ex-Deputy, as Prime Minister, Major-General Serge Ingr, Comman-der-in-Chief of the Czechoslovak forces; Mr George Slavik, a former Cabinet Minister; Mr Frantisek Nemec, leader of the Czechoslovak Railwaymen’s Trades Union; Mr Ladislav Feirebend, a former Minister of Agriculture, and Mr Stefan Osusky. a former Czechoslovak Minister in London and later in Paris.
