THE AFRICAN CAMPAIGNS. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) ROME, July 23. A communique states: "In Northern Africa, bombing was carried out satisfactorily in the Egyptian frontier zones of Marsa Matruh and Sidi Barrani. All the planes returned to their bases. "In East Africa our aviation again bombed with success Wajir. The enemy repeatedly bombed Diredawa without damage.”
