IN INVADED NATIONS. MOVE BY GREAT BRITAIN. (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 19. Sir Frederick Phillips, a member of the British Treasury, admitted that Britain is seeking an agreement with the United States to assure that American assets in invaded nations shall be withheld from Germany.
