Waste Materials. A discussion regarding the setting up of an organisation in the Wairarapa for the reclamation of non-ferrous metals was held on Tuesday between members of the National Council for the Reclamation of Waste Material and representatives of the Masterton Borough Council. Two members of the National Council. Messrs J. M. A. Hott and J. W. Collins visited Masterton in the course of a North Island tour and mot the Mayor. Mr T. Jordan, the Town Clerk. Mr G. T. O'Hara-Smith, the Borough Engineer. Mr C. R. Mabson and the Borough Inspector, Mr T. A. Russell.
