METAL AND SAND. is hereby given that any person who digs up, takes or carries away any gravel, shingle or sand, or who wilfully or wrongfully receives any material of the description so described from that portion of the bed of the®(uamahanga River which is under the jurisdiction of the Te Ore Ore River Board, except in pursuance of a permit or by permission of the Board, will be prosecuted without further warning. Upon application to the Board permits will be granted to remove gravel, shingle or sand from places to be indicated by the Board. Dated this 3rd day of July, 1940. J. C. D.
