DAIRY PRODUCE
AWARDS AT HAWERA. WAIRARAPA SUCCESSES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) HAWERA. July 8. Judging in the dairy produce section at the South Taranaki winter show has been completed by officers of the Dairy Division of the Department of Agriculture, Messrs J. B. Sawers, D. Hull, J. Wilson. W. Crawford, D. Campbell, R. M. Stevens, and C. C. Robertson. The number of entries was a record for the show. The judges stated that if New Zealand could continue to export similar cheese there need be no fear of adverse criticism in the markets of the world. Awards were made as follows: — CHEESE. Single White Cheddar (open).—Rexdale (L. R Wards). 95.1. 1; Pahiatua (L. J. Heayns), 94.8, 2; Rongokokako (W. J. O’Neill), 94.5. 3. Single White or Coloured (open).— Oroua Downs (J. R.
