A radio message stated that pi oRussian demonstrations occurred m , Belgrade after the arrival ol M.lPlotnikov, the first Soviet Ambassadoi to Yugoslavia. The demonstrators demanded a Yugo-Soviet mihtaiy alliance. M. Mihaij itch, the Yugoslav Minister for the Interior, has resigned.
