COMPLETE POWER WANTED IN RUMANIA FOUR PARTY MINISTERS RESIGN., HOPE OF FORCING OUT GIGURTU. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright I (Received This Day. 12.35 p.m.). BUCHAREST. July 8. Four Iron Guard members of the Cabinet have resigned. The Iron Guard organisation explained that the party wants a completely Iron Guard Cabinet, for which reason M. Gigurtu ought to resign and allow General Antonescu, M. Codreanu’s henchman, to form a Government.
