SEIZURE IN INDO-CHINA. AN UNCONFIRMED REPORT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. July 8. The Hong Kong correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain says the Domei News Agency reports from Hanoi that the Indo-China authorities yesterday seized all British vessels at Haiphong. There is no confirmation of this in London.
A Hong Kong message says it is officially announced that the Hong Kong—lndo-China • shipping services have resumed following an AngloFrench agreement.
