BUCHAREST. July 6. The British Minister gave a luncheon party at a public restaurant on Friday to which some of the leading oil representatives who have been expelled were invited. Twelve of them were seized by the police as they left the restaurant and (lung into prison but were released early in the evening alter the Minister had made a protest to the Rumanian Premier. It is expected those expelled will leave tonight. DEPARTURE FOR EGYPT (Received This Day. 10.35 a.m.) BUCHAREST. July 7. Thirty expelled British oil men have left Constanta for Egypt. The Rumanians have replaced all foreign guards at Die oil wells.
