FC’R SUNDAY’S BREAKFAST.

Sift Boz self-raising flour with a good pinch salt; melt 1 teaspoon butter, add it to A cup milk, and pour into centre of flour forming it into a dry dough, using more milk if necessary. Roll out very thin, cut into rounds, and fry in boiling lard or good dripping until well puffed and a golden brown. Fill with honey or serve it separately.
