PERFORMANCE IN MASTERTON. MANY NOTABLE ARTISTS. They will be accompanied by Mr Clifford Huntsman, an English pianist, and the Centennial String Quartet. These artists will give a Centennial Celebrity concert in the Opera House on Saturday, July 13. Never before has such a galaxy of world-famous vocalists appeared on one programme in this town and it goes without saying that the Opera House will be packed to the doors. The personnel of the string quartet is: Messrs Vincent Aspey (first violin), Harry Ellwood (second violin), William McLean (viola) and Frank Bate (’cello). The box plan will open at the Arts and Crafts on Wednesday next.
