LITHUANIAN FORCES
REORGANISATION ON SOVIET LINES. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) MOSCOW. July 3. The radio announced that the Lithuanian forces have been renamed the people's army and reorganised on the lines of the Red Army. A political commissar has been attached to all units and soldiers are permitted to participate in politics.
