LARGE FRENCH VESSEL. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day. 10.30 a.m.) LONDON, July 3. A German radio message, quoting the French owners, announces the loss of the Champlain, of 28,124 tons, as the result of striking a mine oil the French coast.
