BRITISH PRIME MINISTER
WAR STATEMENT TODAY. DEBATE IF DESIRED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 10.20 a.m.) RUGBY. July 3. The Lord Privy Seal, Mr C. R. Attlee, announced that the Prime Minister, Mr Winston Churchill, would make a statement tomorrow on the war situation and that the House would have an opportunity for debate, if desired.
