PUBLIC NOTICE. ALFREDTON TALKIES. 'pOMORROW (Thursday), 7.30 p.m. Never such laughs since "My Wife's Family” had the country in hysterics. Lay aside your cares for a few hours. Come along and see “BACHELOR MOTHER.” Ginger Rogers forsakes her dancing shoes and becomes Queen of Comedy. David Niven adds another hit to his successes in “The Prisoner of Zenda,” “Wuthering Heights” and "The Dawn Patrol.” After a five weeks’ season in Wellington, this sparkling story is bound to please all. Dashing situations skip buoyantly and dangerously over thin ice—always hilariously funny—yet always in unimpeachable good taste.
