FURTHER R.A.F. ATTACKS IN GERMANY OIL TANKS AND RAILWAYS SUFFER. ALL MACHINES RETURN SAFELY. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. Noon.) RUGBY, July 1. An Air Ministry communique states: “Despite poor visibility last night, our bombers continued their attacks on military objectives in Germany. Oil storage tanks at Hamburg were hit and set alight. In the Darmstadt area fires and explosions occurred. Marshalling yards at Osnabrock and Hamm were again bombed and a large fire resulted, a similar result being achieved at the railway junction of Dulmen, east of Wessel. All our pianos returned safely.”
