ACCELERATION OF NAVAL CONSTRUCTION SUBMARINE FLEET “BIGGEST IN WORLD.” POWERFUL SHIPS BEING BUILT. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.0 a.m.) MOSCOW, July 1. A radio message states that accelerated naval construction has resulted from the increased working hours the institution of which was reported on June 28 and adds: “Our submarine fleet is already the biggest in the world and the battleships and cruisers now building are superior to the best foreign ships in. speed, armament and armour.”
