TURKS AND THE . AGGRESSION . DISTURBING POSSIBILITIES. OF RUSSO-BULGARIAN LINK-UP. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) (Received This Day, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, June 30. “The Times” Ankara correspondent says events in the Balkans have not shaken Ankara from the customary calm, but it is feared that this is only a beginning of Soviet expansion in the Balkans. The possibility of a Russo-Bulgar-ian link-up through the Dobrudja is disturbing the Turks. Cevdet Kerim Incedan, a People’s Party spokesman, addressing the Turkish Parliament, said: “If we are attacked. we can be ready for battle. The Army has strengthened its preparations.”
