GUESTS FAREWELLED

GATHERING AT WINDSOR HOUSE. The guests at Windsor House, Mastertori. met on Thursday to bid farewell to Mr and Mrs G. Ready, who have been staying at Windsor House for some time and who were leaving to occupy a home of their own. Mrs Ready was handed a tastefully arranged bouquet of Iceland poppies, and a poem embodying the names of those present. The company did full justice to the repast provided. Mr and Mrs Ready were accorded musical honours. On behalf of those present Mr Geo. Sykes expressed regret that Mr and Mrs Ready were leaving and he wished them happiness and success in the future.
