SPECULATION IN HONOLULU. AS TO POSSIBLE MOVE TO PHILLIPINES. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.30 a.m.) NEW YORK. June 27. The Associated Press of America Honolulu correspondent says steamship companies report that abnormal passenger bookings to the mainland are causing speculation that the major units of the fleet might be proceeding to the Phillipines. Presumably the bookings are by the wives of Navy personnel. Nevertheless Honolulu wholesale traders continue to lake large Navy orders.
