DAYLIGHT ATTACKS

MADE BY ROYAL AIR FORCE ON GERMANY OBJECTIVES SUCCESSFULLY ATT AC K ED. THREE ENEMY MACHINES DESTROYED. Intense activity by the R.A.F. has continued during the last 24 hours, Daventry reports. Daylight raids were carried out' in Germany on Wednesday and yesterday, when oil plants and railway sidings were attacked. In night operations military objectives in Holland and Germany were successfully attacked. British fighters had a further success in an air battle over France. Three German bombers were destroyed on Thursday night, when enemy planes attempted to raid Britain.
