WRESTLING

win for McCready. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. By two falls to one, Earl McCready beat Dan O’Connor in last night's wrestling bout at the Town Hall, Wellington. Within 15 seconds of the beginning of the bout. O’Connor knocked McCready over with three lightning dropkicks. and took a fall, perhaps the fastest ever scored against McCready. McCready jolted, dumped and pinned O Connor in the sixth round with such verve that O'Connor was still dazed when he returned to the ring, and after McCready had dumped him once more the referee stopped the bout and de l clared McCready the winner.
