MASTERTON DAIRY CO.
INCREASE TN SHARE CAPITAL. At a largely attended meeting of shareholders of the Masterton Co-op-erative Dairy Co. this morning it was agreed to increase the share capital from £5OOO to 1115.000 and to amend the memorandum of association so as to bring it up to dale. A proposal Io eliminate voting by proxy was defeated.
