The Netherlands Legation, in a statement, revealed that Princess Juliana and her daughters have arrived in Canada. Queen Wilhelmina, wishing to safeguard the future of the dynasty and prevent a repetition of the harrowing experiences through which the princesses had passed, requested Prince Bernhardt to nut the family in a place of safely. The plan was facilitated by a generous offer of hospitality made by Princess Alice and the Earl of Athlone for the children to reside at Government House in Ottawa.
