STOCK REACHES NEW LOW LEVEL. EFFECT OF ITALY’S ACTION. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day. 12.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, June 10. Stock has reached new low levels since June 18. 1938. declining from 2 to 10 points on Italy's entering the war. The closing prices are mostly above the lows but the declines are wide. The Italian, action has unsettled all American markets.
