CLERK IMPRISONED IN BRITAIN.

William George Bryant, aged 45. a clerk of Southend, was fined £5O and sentenced to three months' imprisonment for making statements which he had reasonable cause to believe were likely to mislead any person in the discharge of any lawful practice in connection with defence or security.
