LEADERS BOUND OVER IN BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON. June 6. Six Peace Pledge Union leaders were bound over after signing the union s resolution withdrawing its posters and undertaking not to issue literature inciting to disaffection. A poster which was worded: “War ceases when men refuse to fight. What are you doing about it?” was issued two years ago.
