Victoria. —Plans for the establishment of a 3,000.000 dollar pulp mill at Port Alberni, on Vancouver Island, are in process. Work will start immediately on the mill, which will have a production of 135 tons of pulp daily. The plant will employ 150 men with an additional 125 men in the woods.
