The announcement of a coast danger zone is regarded as indicating that the zone is already mined or is being mined. It is also announced that the sounding of sirens at midday, . which hitherto was only a time signal, henceforth will mean an actual air raid warning, except on Sundays, when the system will be tested.
ITALIAN LINER ORDERED TO REMAIN AT BALBOA. (Received This Day. 10 p.m.) PANAMA, June 6. The Italian liner Conte de Bianamano, has been ordered to remain at Balboa indefinitely.
