SALE AT DUNEDIN. CAUTIOUS BUYING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, June 4. The offering at today’s ' rabbitskin auction was approximately 56 tons. There was a full bench of buyers m attendance, including exporters. New Zealand furriers and local trade buyers were somewhat nervous regarding the shipment of their purchases, anc were cautious in their buying. Hatters grades, including medium types of autumns and bloodstained descriptions, declined on the average from 3d to 6d per lb. . All furriers’ grades suitable for New Zealand manufacture were keenly competed for. values all over being higher than previous sales.
