QUESTIONS IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 9.55 a.m.) RUGBY, June 4. The Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs, Mr R. A. Butler, told the House of Commons that he hoped to be able to give a reply tomorrow on the subject of diplomatic representation by an ambassador in Moscow. He replied affirmatively when asked if his Majesty’s Government were prepared to enter into fully normal relations with the Russian Government.
